Numerical investigation of voids identification

Railway communication plays important part in economy of any country. To maintain safety and reliability of railway roads a regular schedule inspections are conducted by a specially equipped train, however this train has to move 10 mh/h to collect the data. One of the important tract failure is related to voids. In this numerical project a model of a train interacting with rails will be studied to find a way of detecting voids by passing them at a regular speed. The project requires knowledge any programming language (matlab, fortran, C, C++, etc), will to write a code and analysis generated data.
