What is the PDP? The PDP (Personal Development Plan) is a scheme that helps you design with your personal training and personal development during your PhD and is a mandatory requirement at each of your annual appraisals.

We know that some of you have found the PDP difficult to follow and fill. Come to this 1h30 session, and get practical help to demystify, understand and complete your PDP. We’ll have open discussions about what activities count towards your 80h / 10 days development training per year, and lots of practical examples. Use this 90min to get your PDP done for this year!

Appropriate for students in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year.

We apologise for the short notice, but we hope many of you will join us. Depending on feedback we will consider another session just before summer.
