International Women's Day at Heriot Watt

Synopsis:
The EPS Athena SWAN Self Assessment Team (SAT) has organised an event to honour the International Women's Day. The event will be on Wednesday 8th March, 15:00-16:30, at the National Robotarium. This event is a fantastic opportunity for all EPS staff and students to come together, and recognise the incredible contributions of women, as well as the challenges they face. The event will include talks by:
Dr Ellie Ebrahimi, Functional/Space Technology Manager at Plexus Corp.
Professor Vicki Stone, Director of the Institute of Biological Chemistry, Biophysics and Bioengineering (IB3)
Professor Gill Thomson, Associate Principle for Access & Inclusion.
