Advances on mm-wave antenna and front-end technology

This talk will present recent achievements in the area of mm-wave antennas and front-end technology suitable for wireless communications (including satellite communications) and sensing applications. The development of enabling technologies will be described and a range of antenna and component designs will be reviewed. A significant part of this presentations related to ongoing projects, which will be briefly presented including the recently awarded Marie-Curie project “Radio technologies for broadband mm-wave satellite communication systems.
