This event with feature inspiring talks from three accomplished female entrepreneurs, offering real stories, diverse perspectives and actionable inspiration. We will hear from:

Vivian Arinaitwe, Founder and CEO of Ugandan med tech start up Che Innovations -https://cheinnovations.com/, developing solutions to solve pre-term hypothermia
Elain Galston, Founder and CEO of Bettii, creating the world's first installed menstrual cup and disc cleaner
Dorothy Aidulis, Director of STEM Scotland - https://www.stem-scotland.com/, building a supportive environment for easy access to Science and STEM
For in person attendees, there will also be free lunch with the opportunity to network with fellow attendees.

This event is designed for students, staff members, aspiring entrepreneurs, experienced industry leaders, or anyone passionate about science and equality. Come and learn how women and girls are shaping the future of science, and how you can be a part of it!

The event will be held on 11th February 2025, 12 – 2 pm both on Microsoft Teams and in person at Heriot-Watt University (Room TBC).
