Good Laboratory Practise (GLP) for researchers

**Warning** this talk may help to avoid repeating experiments! A glimpse into the world of industry and its use of Good Laboratory Practice, or GLP, extracting some of the fundamentals that are highly beneficial to academic researchers. GLP is essentially ‘lab common sense’, but uses methods and practices to ensure raw materials, lab methods, equipment, analysis, data recording and training, are in place, and continuously improved to ensure research quality and integrity, which can stand up the rigours of the regulators, patent lawyers, investors and clinical trials submissions.
