Probabilistic Estimation Techniques in Super Resolution Microscopy

Probabilistic estimation is a powerful tool when dealing with datasets that are corrupted by noise, or where other factors cause the quantities of interest to be uncertain. This talk will serve as an introduction to probabilistic estimation, and will provide a few examples of how these methods can be used to analyze super resolution microscopy data.
