Towards an Organ-on-chip model of pancreatic cancer under low oxygen conditions

Nadine's PhD project focuses on the development of a microfluidic device that models the microenvironment of pancreatic cancer, with emphasis on modelling the low oxygen content that tumours demonstrate. The aim of her project is to develop a platform that can be used to test a variety of chemotherapeutics.
