Bio-Medical Astronomy

Astronomical imaging and bio-medical imaging face remarkably similar problems and, not surprisingly, some of the solutions to these problems can be shared provided that the differences are borne in mind. This seminar will explore some of the similarities and differences, using no mathematics beyond sine and cosine functions and an ability to add up.
